Your Privacy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Momentum AI Essentials collects, what we deliberately do not collect, and how information is used to operate your membership.

Effective and last updated: August 3, 2026

Privacy PolicyTerms of Service

The short version

We collect the account, billing, support, and action-level information needed to operate Momentum AI Essentials. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics and Meta campaign measurement to understand website visits, traffic sources, signup activity, and completed subscriptions. We do not sell personal information. We do not save, review, or reuse what you enter into the Create Your Prompt or Build Your Own AI generators, and we do not save the results those generators display.

Community questions are different: when you choose to submit a question to Craig, we save it so we can respond. The form tells you this before you submit it.

Partner Program inquiries are also saved so Momentum AI can follow up about the organization, audience, structure, and pricing you want to discuss.

1. Who we are and what this covers

This Privacy Policy applies to the Momentum AI Essentials website, member application, subscription, support, and related communications (the "Service"). Momentum AI is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

It does not govern independent websites or services that you choose to visit from our links. Those services have their own privacy practices.

2. Information we collect

Account and membership information

We collect your name, email address, organization when provided, password hash, membership status, access dates, login dates, invitation status, and records of your acceptance of our legal policies. We do not store your password in readable form.

Billing information

Stripe processes payment details. We receive and retain limited billing records such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment or subscription status, renewal dates, and cancellation status. Momentum AI Essentials does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Community and support information

We save questions you intentionally submit through Community, our answers, and messages you send to support. A published Community answer may include the question and answer, but we do not publish your name or email with it.

Partner Program inquiries

If you submit a Partner Program inquiry, we save the contact, organization, audience, estimated group size, preferred partnership model, timing, and other details you choose to provide. We use that information to respond and evaluate a possible organizational arrangement.

Action-level usage information

We record limited actions such as page visits, prompt-theme openings, playbook openings or downloads, successful use of a generator, and Partner Program CTA clicks, form starts, and submissions. These records may include your member ID when you are signed in, the action, the relevant page or resource identifier, selected group range or partnership model, and a timestamp. They do not contain your prompt text, generator input, generated result, files, or other working content.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and error or security events, to deliver and protect the Service.

Website analytics and campaign information

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics and Meta campaign measurement collect information about visits and interactions, including pages viewed, device and browser information, referring site, and campaign labels such as source, medium, and campaign. We may carry campaign labels and consented browser identifiers into Stripe metadata so a completed subscription can be attributed to the campaign that led to it. We do not send your name, email address, prompt text, generator input, or generated results to Google Analytics. A completed purchase may be reported to Meta with a one-way hashed email address, transaction identifier, purchase value, currency, and consented Meta browser or click identifiers. We do not send prompt text, generator input, or generated results to Meta.

3. AI generator inputs and results

When you use Create Your Prompt or Build Your Own AI, your input is sent to OpenAI through its API solely to create the result shown to you. Momentum AI Essentials does not write the input or result to our database, does not make it available in the admin console, and does not use it for marketing, analytics, model training, or product research. Refreshing or closing the page removes the displayed result from the application.

We request that OpenAI not store response application state. OpenAI may still process and temporarily retain API data for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or other purposes described in its API data controls. Do not enter passwords, payment-card information, health information, confidential client or employee information, trade secrets, or other material you are not authorized to share.

4. How we use information

  • To create and secure accounts, authenticate members, and provide subscription access.
  • To process subscriptions, maintain billing records, and support cancellation and renewal.
  • To provide generators, resources, events, Community responses, and member support.
  • To respond to Partner Program inquiries and discuss organizational access arrangements.
  • To understand which pages and resources are useful without collecting working content.
  • To maintain, troubleshoot, improve, and protect the Service.
  • To send transactional messages, policy notices, and service updates.
  • To comply with law, enforce our Terms, and prevent fraud or misuse.

5. When information is shared

We share information only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Stripe, for payment processing, subscriptions, and billing management under Stripe's privacy disclosures.
  • OpenAI, to process requests submitted to the two AI generators.
  • Render and database providers, to host and operate the Service.
  • Twilio SendGrid and email providers, to deliver password resets, Community answers, and service messages.
  • Google Analytics, only when you allow analytics, to measure website traffic, acquisition sources, campaigns, and subscription or inquiry funnel activity.
  • Meta, only when you allow analytics, to measure campaign visits, checkout activity, and completed subscriptions.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law, needed to protect rights or security, or involved in a business reorganization.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or provide member lists to data brokers.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use a necessary first-party session cookie to keep you signed in and protect member pages. The private action-level usage system inside Essentials is built into the Service and does not depend on third-party advertising cookies.

Google Analytics and Meta campaign measurement are optional. They are not loaded until you select "Allow analytics." If allowed, they distinguish visits and measure pages, sources, campaigns, signup steps, Partner Program interest, checkout activity, and completed subscriptions. Google advertising storage, Google Signals, and ad-personalization features remain disabled. You can change your choice at any time through Analytics Choices in the footer. Declining analytics does not limit your use of the website or membership.

Stripe may use its own cookies and technologies when you visit Stripe Checkout or the billing portal. Google, Meta, and Stripe process information under their own privacy notices.

7. Retention

We keep account, subscription, support, Community, Partner Program inquiry, legal-acceptance, and action records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. Information may remain in protected backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically delete an account or records we must retain. You may request deletion as described below.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so members should use a unique password, protect their credentials, and contact us promptly if they suspect unauthorized access.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may manage subscription billing and cancellation from the Account page. You may also ask us to correct or delete Community questions and answers.

Send privacy requests to helpdesk@momentumhub.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.

You may also allow, decline, or turn off Google Analytics and Meta campaign measurement at any time by selecting Analytics Choices in the site footer.

10. Children and international use

Momentum AI Essentials is intended for adults and professional use, not children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Service is operated in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes when appropriate.
